By downloading, installing, or using GIFMotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use GIFMotion for creating GIFs from your own videos.
You are responsible for only converting content you own or have permission to use, not using the app for illegal purposes, and respecting copyright and intellectual property rights.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before the period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. You can manage subscriptions in App Store settings.
GIFMotion is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any data loss or device issues.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
