Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AliReceipt ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the App.

Use of the App

AliReceipt is a tool for creating, managing, and exporting business invoices and receipts. You may use it for lawful business purposes only. You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy of all data you input, including prices, tax rates, and customer details.
• Complying with applicable local laws regarding invoicing, taxation, and financial record-keeping.
• Verifying that any exported document meets the requirements of your jurisdiction before sending it to clients or regulators.

Accounts & Access

AliReceipt does not require account registration. However, if subscription features are present, your access is tied to your Apple ID. You are responsible for all activity associated with your Apple ID and for keeping your device secure.

Subscriptions & Billing

Certain premium features require an active Pro subscription. All charges are processed by Apple through the App Store.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings at any time.
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as governed by Apple's own refund policy.

Exports & Your Data

All exports (PDF and PNG) are generated on your device and provided as-is. You are responsible for verifying the correctness and suitability of any exported document for your business or regulatory needs. AliReceipt is not liable for any errors in documents you generate and share.

Intellectual Property

The App, its design, interface, code, and all content (excluding the data you create) are owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on your Apple device.

• You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or distribute the App or any portion of it.
• You may not create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.

Prohibited Conduct

When using AliReceipt, you must not:

• Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Use it to create false, misleading, or fraudulent invoices or financial documents.
• Attempt to circumvent any technical protection measures within the App.
• Violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property and privacy rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of AliReceipt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
